Software Support Services

Great software is not enough. This is especially true in the recruitment business where your front, mid and back office software completely runs your business. No software = no business. That’s why we at Voyager take customer support so seriously and that’s why our customers love the support we offer – in a recent customer satisfaction survey, 94% thought that overall our services were above average.

Our support services include, but are not limited to:

  • Integration – we will link your new systems to your existing software to ensure a seamless end-to-end solution.
  • Customisation – we will help you customise our products to reflect your business needs. 
  • Hosting – we can advise you on service providers who can run your servers and provide online access to our products.

Our standard support contract provides a free phone Technical Support Helpdesk between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday Sydney local time, although this level of support can be upgraded on an individually charged basis to include out-of-hours support, on-site visits and bespoke development services.

We are proud of our Helpdesk support capabilities; in a customer satisfaction survey, 96% thought the speed of response of our Helpdesk to be better than average, whilst 93% thought that the quality of support received was better than average.

As well as Helpdesk support, our standard support contract also includes the provision of product upgrades at no further cost. This means that our customers can take full advantage of ongoing enhancements to our software, as well as being able to support the new versions of the usual Microsoft products.
