news-increase-jigsawVoyager Software reports record new business sales - indicating a strengthening recruitment sector.

Despite GDP slipping by 0.5% in the final quarter of 2010, it looks like the recruitment industry is bucking the trend.  New business sales at Voyager Software are up over 50% in the period from July 2010 to January 2011.  November was the best month in Voyager’s history with the 1st qtr of 2011 looking set to break another Voyager record.

YTD operating profits are up 41% on a like-for-like basis, and with a strong sales pipeline the next few months look promising for Voyager and customers alike.

It is a great compliment to the existing Voyager Recruitment database solution.  Voyager recognises that Recruiters need a range of solutions, and by working together Voyager and iProfile offer a slick solution – it’s a great day for our joint customers”.

Feb 2011 - A Tuneful Team

news-concert-bandThe staff at Voyager are always full of surprises but this one we can’t keep a secret for much longer – 2 of the team are going to ‘The BRITS’ and will be on the TV!

Voyager’s very own Gareth Jeune (Data Conversion & Report Team) and Andrea Day (Product Manager) have been playing a tune for many years and they’ve been recognised by the organisers of The BRITS as having exceptional talent – not that we didn’t know that anyway!

Feb 2011 - New Offices, New Training Facilities

Training rooom PhotoWith our new offices come new training facilities, new qualifications for our trainers and improvements to the services we can offer customers.

Being huge believers that education is the path to enlightenment (well, being better able to do your job anyway), the training team themselves have been back to school to brush up on their training skills. After completing a gruelling course, with plenty of exams, our customers will be pleased to note that all those that attended the course attained the highest possible pass mark, and can now call themselves qualified trainers.

To our knowledge, we are the only company within the sector that takes internal training as seriously and makes sure that our trainers are qualified, as well as being the product and recruitment specialists you would expect. Why would you trust a training team that didn’t keep their own knowledge up to date?
